The update includes a framerate boost of up to 60 FPS on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S, cosmetics, and performance improvements. The New England Mountains reserve, covering roughly a quarter of the state of New Hampshire, gives hunters a new area to explore and offers a wealth of wildlife to hunt. The Granite Update also includes additional animal species across nearly every reserve, and two free themed cosmetics for each reserve that players already own. In addition to the New England Mountains reserve and the Granite Update, theHunter: Call of the Wild is also introducing a new weapon, the Patriot. This powerful, modern 0.50 cal break-action muzzleloader is made locally in New Hampshire and is perfect for hunting large prey. However, players will need to aim carefully, as the Patriot has a slow reload speed.
Players who purchase the New England Mountains reserve will also receive three special welcome gifts: a free paint and a free camo, as well as the New England Mountains Scout Pack, which contains six weapon customization options.
