Character precreation starts today alongside a revamped monster zone ‘Abandoned Monastery’ that offers a unique co-op experience
Developer and Publisher Pearl Abyss announced today that Black Desert is getting it’s latest player class, the Drakania. On top of this, the monster zone ‘Abandoned Monastery’ has been updated, and now offers a full co-operative experience.
Drakania is a female class who wields the power and ferocity of a dragon with a massive double handed sword and a sub-weapon Shard. The more you use the weapon, the more attacks you string together, and the more you use her secondary – the Shard, the faster and more deadly the class becomes.
Starting today, players can start pre-creating their Drakania character and receive various in-game rewards such as enhancement materials that will help them prepare for her release
As part of the update, the game will also introduce “Season Drakania”, which is specifically designed to help players achieve faster character growth. Various rewards and buffs will be bestowed upon you for completing specific sets of missions.
In addition to this new class update, the ‘Abandoned Monastery’ monster zone mentioned above has been fully revamped, and updated. Co-op play, and added chances at boss spawns mean that players can now enjoy more competitive gameplay with their friends.
Last but not least, players will have the opportunity to acquire a new accessory that will provide adventurers with a variety in gear planning, as well as higher accuracy stats. Always nice to be more accurate!
