Focus Entertainment, in collaboration with DON’T NOD, have revealed that their latest narrative action-RPG, Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden, will release this November 7. This emotionally charged game, where players hunt and battle spectral horrors in an attempt to alter a heartbreaking fate, is coming to PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. Pre-orders for both physical and digital copies are now available, along with a Collector’s Edition for more dedicated fans.
Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden transports players into an ominous world rife with supernatural entities and veiled secrets. Gamers will have the unique opportunity to delve into the lives of the people of New Eden, a community caught amidst the spectral chaos. The game centres around the moving tale of Antea Duarte and Red mac Raith, lovers and Banishers – professionals at protecting the living from lingering ghosts and spectres.
Unfortunately, in a tragic twist of fate, Antea becomes one of the very spirits she abhors. Players will follow Red’s desperate journey to save his beloved, using intelligence and a combination of Antea’s spiritual powers and Red’s impressive weaponry to banish the souls tormenting the living.
