The gaming world is about to get a lot greener, courtesy of gamigo’s latest Trove event. This exciting event, supporting the Green Game Jam 2023, is scheduled to kick off on the 5th of June and continue until the 5th of July. The event is set to educate and immerse gamers into the intricacies of sustainability while still offering the thrilling gaming experience that Trove fans have come to adore.
The event has its roots firmly planted in the realm of Fae Dungeons and beyond. Players will find their Qubesly eagerly waiting to send them on an adventurous quest to collect salty trash. The goal? A cleaner and more sustainable realm.
Gamers will start their adventure at the Adventure Outpost in Fae Forests. Here, they’ll find the Recyclic Recombobulator event workbench, the hub for their green quest. Engaging with the Bin Chicken Commission and the three Bin Chicken Merchants will provide players with access to event-specific items.
The adventure continues as players traverse the Treasure Isles biomes to find and capture the sources of garbage. This mission will incorporate using the Six-Pack and Magestica’s cannons to combat the near impenetrable garbage piles overwhelming the realm.
Upon completion of these quests, Qubesly will give his sincere congratulations and gamers may then look forward to additional crafts offered by the Bin Chicken Commission. This is an excellent chance for players eager to extend their fun while contributing to the sustainability cause.
During the event, players can also anticipate the release of three new packs available for purchase: the Recycled Collection, the Reclaimed Container, and the Recovered Pack. These packs, alongside quest completion, will give players the opportunity to win new mounts, allies, and other fantastic rewards.
